我从于老师孩子身上学到了作文的提高还在于平时的积累。于老师说到三个积累。</span><span style=
"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体">第一个是积累语言。说到底，同学们的写作能力不是老师教出来的，是他们自己读书读出来的。因此，</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">作为语文老师要多引导孩子多读书，读课本，读课外书，养成做读书笔记的习惯，并摘录下好词好句。</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体">一个人如果读的书多了，有了语感，作文自然写得好了，就不怕考试的。相反，如果让孩子在一年级时只做练习题，不读课外书，成绩也提不上，自然越来越怕作文了。第二个是积累生活。我们要使孩子的生活丰富多彩，可适当开展些班级活动，比如猜谜语、拔河比赛、篮球比赛、观察一棵植物的生长、记录一种小动物的生活习性等，这些都可以作为孩子作文时很好的素材，使他们有话可写。第三是积累感受。同学有感受，才能写出有真情实感的作文。文章不在于长短，在于它有没有东西，是不是言之有物，是不是真情实感。写作文，需要同学去真正地观察，真正地认识社会，“感之于外，受之于心”，这样才能写好作文。如果学生能够做到了这三个“积累”，那么他的作文一定会好，你不教，他也会。</span><span lang="EN-US"

我从于老师身上学到教学作文需要让每个同学都体验到成功的喜悦。他说“就算这个同学作文很差，只要他有一句话写好了，老师应该立刻在这句话下画上波浪线，批注：“这句话写得非常精彩。”老师把他的这个优点放大，哪怕只写好一个开头，哪怕只写好一个结尾，哪怕这篇作文没写错别字，老师也应该表扬学生，因为学生做到这一点是很不容易的。老师上课时一定要把学生的优点放大。老师激发学生兴趣的最好方法是表扬，是激励。当然，在把同学的优点放大的同时，也要把他的问题善意地、有针对性地提出来，问题也不要放过。优点要放大，让每一个孩子都体验到成功的喜悦，因为兴趣的真正产生，并且要持久，就必须要让孩子们感到成功。“</span><span lang="EN-US"

懂得思考愿意思考或有意识去思考能够使我的大脑始终保持匀速有益运转。善于思考的人绝不是懒惰的怂恿着，也不是懈怠的拥护者，更不是无端停滞的实施者。这意味着我的精神必须随时保持高度集中，用思想引导我的行动.<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
思考的过程中我不断学习，在学习中不断更新自己从而得到进步与提高。任何事情都得有起因，任何事情的发展都得靠某种必需的推动力。思考，源于广泛的阅读。&nbsp;&nbsp;睡前静读一小时成了我必行的每日功课。夜深人静关上电脑结束了一天繁忙而紧张工作，怀着庄严而虔诚的心绪打开一本本未来得及拜读完的佳作，阵阵熟悉而亲切的墨香扑四散开来，昏沉与疲惫一扫而光；轻轻翻阅，一页页满载着智慧火花在我手里跳动，那样一种与作者无以伦比的亲近感让我忘乎所以地沉醉其中。难得闲暇，最常去的地方便是书店，抬眼细细搜寻，成就与满足感充斥着内心.</div>

《检阅》（人教版三年级下册）是一篇写事的文章，讲的是波兰一所学校的儿童队员，尊重爱护残疾人博莱克，在国庆游行检阅时，让他走在第一排的事。课文思路清晰、故事情节简单，却很能打动人心，在人物形象的刻画上也很有特点。根据三年级学生的年龄特点，教学此文时我充分挖掘课文的情感因素
，运用朗读、想象、写话等多种方式理解课文，通过“这个小伙子真棒！这些小伙子真棒！”这句话“牵一发而动全身”。进而深入体会博莱克自尊自强的个性品质，以及其它队员对弱势的生命尊严的尊重与爱护的美好心灵。<br>

上&nbsp;完《检阅》，重新再思考整节课的教学设计和课堂牵引及教学效果，我觉得本节课我基本上达到了我预期的教学目标，突出了教学的重难点。从词语串课文，到品读文本、联系上下文理解词语、指导朗读、说话训练、写话训练都在课堂得到了体现。但是，仍然存在许多不足,主要不足有以下几点：<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;一.拓展多了,品读文本少了;虽然这篇课文的词句并不优美,但如果仔细推敲,里边还是会有许多词句值得进一步挖掘,这既体现了我在备课时的不够深入,也体现了我在课堂上的不娴熟:<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;二.两次课堂上的高潮______"这个小伙子真棒！"和"这些小伙子真棒！".应该说,第一次升华"这个小伙子真棒",学生的情感体验确实达到了这样的高度,他们的确真实感受到了这个小伙子真棒是源于他的坚强、自信，是发自内心的称赞。但是，第二次升华，学生的情感体验还没到达这样的高度，是在我的语音渲染和板书设计的技巧引发他们读出了“这些小伙子真棒！”因此，这次升华是一种假象。对于这种情况的出现，当时我在课堂上也体会到一部分学生还未深刻地体验到队员们对弱势的生命尊严的尊重与爱护的美好心灵，因此在后面的教学中我进行了补救,引导学生阅读了&lt;为了尊重,不谢幕&gt;,加深学生对"尊重与爱护生命尊严"的理解.<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;三、课堂导入太快了一些，学生还未进入情境，就进入了文本的学习，因此导致后面的课堂显得有些沉静，学生思考得多，说的相对少了。<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 四、课堂上与学生的互动还需要加强，对学生回答的牵引仍需要加强。</font></p>

（引导孩子充分地描述，包括：天空、街道、天安门城楼上，人们，最后落在描写参加检阅的人们，可问：你接受过检阅吗？你接受过什么检阅？可提供一些描写场面的词语）<br>

板书课题，随孩子们的描述解释：<br>
检阅——高级首长亲临军队或群众队伍面前，举行检验仪式。<br>
2、（不但是我们国家，其它国家在国庆节的时候也要大型庆祝，并也进行国庆检阅，临近七月的一天，波兰人民正在庆祝国庆节，在首都的广场上，却出现了这样一幅画面！）出现文章照片，让孩子谈感受。<br>

1、&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;布莱克得到这样的称赞是当之无愧的。为什么这些队员也得到了表扬？<br>

2、&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;要搞清楚这个问题并不难，只要我们走进检阅前的那次讨论中，去看看，去听听，去想想就明白了。读课文2——9段，想一想，你知道了什么。<br>

3、&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;从哪里可以体会出大家很为难？理解“棘手”的意思。（读6段：一个段就有5个问号，可真够难的了。）<br>

4、&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;我还是不明白，布莱克截肢了，已经不适合参加检阅了，直接告诉他不就行了吗？<br>

后来人类给了它们食物造就了它们的懒惰，它们开始迟钝、变肥，没有了生存压力，慢慢失去了飞的能力。<br>

有时候我会想，如果我前世修了足够的福，或许我也可以不用学习飞翔，不用整天扑腾扑腾地扇动翅膀，脚不着地却也飞不上枝头。<br>
更多的时候我会想，如果我不会飞的话，充其量也只能当一只猪，总有一天得死在别人的屠刀之下。<br>
<br>
不安的空虚的感觉源来于自己还没有真正学会飞翔的本领，才总会去企求去幻想那一根悬在半空中晃荡着的金丝线。自以为是地认为总有一天它会落到自己的脖子上，殊不知它就像那道很亮很亮的一直在前方吸引着你的灰白色的地平线，看得到，却摸不着，水天相接处，你始终无法泅渡。<br>

毕业差不多两年，日子平平淡淡，倒是以往熟悉的一些人和事，让我更加明白了：只要肯追求，够执著，一路艰辛便会是一路风景。<br>

《为中华之崛起而读书》讲述了1910年秋天，13岁的周恩来立志为中华崛起而读书的故事。<br>
一，&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 始终抓住“中华不振”这条主线<br>
“中华不振”是文章的主线，整节课陈老师都能够抓住这条主线，用事实、用语言、用激情激发学生对洋人的气愤，对中国贫穷落后、人民挨打受气的叹息，由此激发学生与周恩来一样产生同感——立志‘为中华之崛起而读书’。<br>

二、抓住重点词句理解课文<br>
教学中陈老师紧扣“光耀门楣”、“衣衫褴褛”、“得意洋洋”等重点词语，引导学生反复深入体会洋人、中国巡警、围观的中国人三种人物对被轧死亲人的妇女出乎常人的态度，从而引导学生体会中华之不振，激发学生的情感，学生才能真正走进周恩来的内心世界，自然而然地感悟到了周恩来当时的心情，领会周恩来立志要为中华之崛起而读书的原因。<br>

三、查找了大量的资料<br>
为帮助学生在中国的土地上为何有外国人的‘租界’，让孩子们牢记旧中国这段屈辱的历史，陈老师查找了大量的资料，再通过四幅有旧中国代表的图片，用简洁易懂的语言把“租界”介绍给孩子们，并提到中国屈辱史仅仅是当时社会缩影的一角，让学生明白了今天的事绝不是一种偶然，从而对文本有更深的体会。<br>

四、、 拓展文本，联系自我。<br>
教学本文中，陈老师不仅仅限于教会学生对中华之不振的了解，仅限于对那段历史的拷问，仅限于对周恩来少年时立志为中华之崛起而读书的钦佩，而是拓展了人物，补充了周恩来后来是怎样实践自己的誓言，不仅丰满了人物形象，也让学生明白光立志还不够，更要用实际行动去实现自己的誓言。再深入让学生思考在现在我们又是为什么而读书？让学生明白读书的真正目的。<br>

这是一堂充满激情的课，深深感染了我的心灵。</div>

五.将教案烂记于心,注意不是背教案,而是将教案运用自如.<br>
六.做课件,注意课件始终是辅助工具, 文字为主;<br>
七. 试教,请老师来听课(年级,康,郑,陈),<br>
八,虚心请教各种意见,有选择的吸收，改稿.深刻反思学生回答,如果牵引,如何放收.改稿，将教案烂记于心；这是一个自我否定再进步的过程.<br>

九,激情投入,层层推进，指导朗读.<br>
十，记住，语文是语言文字，所以，课堂一定要有品读词句的过程，即理解——具体词句——体会感受——朗读。<br>
十一、根据上下文理解词语的方法具体在课堂上的体现；<br>
十二、生字教学要扎实，找字源。从观察到理解到运用到示范写到生写评价到改写，板书。<br>
十三，手势和眼神的作用不可忽视；<br>
十四，一定要融入课堂，学会倾听孩子的回答，引导。。。。。适时抓住亮点。<br>
